On December 12, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag paid a courtesy visit to the new Chief of Police of the Laoag City Police Station, PLTCOL Andrew P Rabang.

Consul Ren congratulated PLTCOL Rabang on his new appointment, and the two sides exchanged views on strengthening their cooperation in maintaining the safety of Chinese people and students, as well as Filipino-Chinese communities in the city.
