On December 11, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag met with one of the senior Filipino politicians and former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson at the Consulate.

The two sides exchanged views on deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Ilocos Sur.
