From July 13 to 14, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag visited the province of Pangasinan, and met with Governor Ramon Guico III and Vice Governor Mark Lambino at the provincial capitol.

The two sides had discussions on the implementation of the consensus reached by the two heads of state of China and the Philippines, as well as the promotion of friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and the Philippines, especially between the sister provinces’ Sichuan Province in China and Pangasinan.

Consul Ren and his delegation also visited the Filipino-Chinese communities and Chinese schools in the province and conducted fruitful discussion with them.
