On March 15, Consul & Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag was warmly welcomed by teachers and students of Vigan Nan Chong School .

During his visit, Consul Ren had a discussion with the school board of directors, and had a quick tour around the school building. 

On behalf of the Consulate, he also handed over financial aid to the school in support of the improvement of Chinese education in the province.
