From November 15th to 17th, Consul and Head of Post Ren Faqiang of the Chinese Consulate in Laoag visited Batac Mayor Albert Chua, San Nicolas Mayor Angel Miguel Hernando and Banna Mayor Chrislyn Abadilla in Ilocos Norte Province.

Three mayors welcomed Consul Ren, expressed admiration for China's development achievements, and looked forward to continuing cooperation with the Consulate. Consul Ren introduced the current situation of China's domestic economic and social development, especially the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and discussed with the three mayors on promoting friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between Chinese localities and three cities.
